| Items
may only be returned if they are in their original packaging
and within 25 days of the purchase date. To initiate
your return please call customer service and we will schedule a pick
up for the merchandise and you will receive a credit memo by mail.
Food items, medicines, calendars, seasonal items
and Special Order Items are non-returnable. Special
Order Items include: stamps, name plates, and some furniture.
- Please
report any incomplete or incorrect order within 48 hours.

All items for return must be in ALL of their Original Packaging.

Returns after 25 days will NOT be accepted.

Special Order Items cannot be returned.

Shipping |

| Orders
that are placed by 5:00pm will be delivered the following business day by 5pm.
(This excludes Special Order Items and Furniture) Orders
placed within our local area will be delivered by an authorized Prestige
Office Products representative. Shipments outside of our local area
will be shipped via UPS, to ensure next day delivery via UPS orders
must be placed by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time (This excludes Special
Order Items and Furniture).

Billing
and Payment |
| Orders
delivered by a Prestige Office Products representative will receive
an invoice at the time of delivery. Customers that require delivery
via UPS will be mailed an invoice within two days. Our payment terms
are net 15 days and we provide several payment options. They include ACH payments, business checks, and most major credit cards. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, and American
Express. |
